"Check in was on the 11th floor. Please note that the taxi will drop you on the main road and you will have to walk about 3 mins to the hotel. You will arrive at level 4 or 5, and proceed to take the elevator to level 11.
The only staff i met during the stay was the counter staff. She was nice and friendly. However, the room was cleaned throughly everyday.

"The room has a feel of a 31/2 star at the most. Be careful with opening any shampoo bag as there is a charge for it. The map is all Chinese and staff don't have sufficient knowledge of English and difficult to communicate."

"Hard to find initially but once found, easy and good location. Staff were friendly. Free drinking water every day and extra at the front desk. No fridge in the room but could use the one in reception. "

"Located on the 25th floor of the building, our room is huge and offers a good view. Room has all the necessary amenities and the location is great with louhan temple just next door, ba yi road and hongya dong a short stroll away. The room itself shows signs of wear and tear but our main complain would be that the lifts are also shared with offices and hotels on the other floors, thus it may take a while go up and down from the room. Sound proofing could also be better as we could hear our neighbor talking in the next room, thankfully they went quiet just a little past midnight."
