"Staff was incredibly hospitable. They saw us arriving by taxi and immediately came outside to greet us and help with luggage. Then were taken inside to some tea and a warm towel to warm up. Extremely communicative and make you feel very comfortable. "

"Great location close to Omicho market. Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, Japanese bed robes, fancy toilet, separate shower, good hot water pressure. Hallways were strangely quite dark. We were offered a welcome drink which was appreciated. There is also a free coffee machine in the lobby. Staff were polite and provided loan umbrellas when it was snowing outside. The buffet breakfast was really nice with tasty food and occasional changes to the offering. The breakfast coffee wasn't...
