"The hotel staff Earlynn and Neil were very nice!! Kohala pool was a favorite for the children, but the limited food menu was not. We packed up to go to the Kona pool only to find the same problem - pizza, wraps and salad only; not to mention no staffing for the pool area to order from. "The property and location were amazing! We had the best time! The buffet was a bit chaotic and the pool staff were incredible but understaffed. The only down side was the house keeping rarely came. We have a baby and so having the room cleaned and garbage taken out would have been helpful. We loved the location and will be back again! "
