"I had an okay stay overall. The location was AMAZING, which was definitely the highlight. However, when booking this hotel, I assumed we’d be able to swim in the ocean directly next to the property. Unfortunately, the water was extremely shallow with rocks everywhere, and we only lasted about 20 minutes before walking nearly half a mile down the beach just to find a swimmable area. "Unfortunately the refurbishing of the property while staying there was not what we expected. The noise, dust and construction was less than desirable. When we entered our room upon check in, there was a ladder, vent cover off and hardware on dresser. Was moved to another floor and the construction noise was even worse. Although it only lasted till 3‐ 3;30, coming in from a long flight and time change, all I wanted was a two hour nap. Didn't happen. Early the next morning we were awaken by the...

"Bed Sheets stained with blood, room moved to had hairball in shower, coffee pot did not work, room not cleaned after first night, lack of communication from upper management, sliding glass door misrepresents you can have it open to hear ocean...I could go on but...."

"Follow through is a problem at this hotel. Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back. Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. Brought it up to their attention, I was told “thanks for letting us know” Asked to speak to the hotel manager, no one reached out. Followed up again, and they had the food and beverage manager...
