"We enjoyed our stay at OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki. The check-in went smoothly, and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The room amenities were excellent. There was a Keurig coffeemaker, and delicious Pacific Paradise coffee and hot tea k-cups were provided. They provided each guest with their own aluminum water bottle with a handle lid, and there were handy filtered water dispensers through the property in order to reduce plastic waste. There was a mini fridge in our room. There were restaurants, shops and activities on the property. The outdoor pool was beautiful, and there was daily live music at the pool area. The location was on the beach and next door to a military museum. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping."

"I stayed here for 4 nights during my vacation, but they couldn’t even provide basic services like room cleaning. I had to ask multiple times since the morning, and they still didn’t clean the room even by the evening. The bathroom was also very small. Overall, it was absolutely not worth the money, and I would not come back."

"The resort itself is very beautiful, but the elevator on the rainbow tower was a nightmare. Overlying crowded, there was time we had to wait for 2 to 3 elevator to fit in."

"Typical two double bed room, clean, updated, partial ocean view. Did not use the pool. Breakfast is a typical Continental/eggs and bacon kind of fare. Staff is very friendly."
