"Great service in all areas, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was great! The pool area was so inviting and serene. Close to lots of things. All round amazing!"

"We had a lovely stay at the adults only premier deluxe section of the resort. The room was spacious, daily cleaned. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were lovely. Highly recommended. "

"The villa and pool was gorgeous. Hotel staffs are all very polite and helpful. The breakfast selection isn't great but they are delicious. They gave me a warm anniversary welcome with flowers, cake and chocolate and room decorations - very nice gesture, much appreciated. Only downside is that the Aircon seems to be dripping and therefore there is always a wet patch on the walkway from bedroom to toilet. The staff however quickly take note of it and I believe it will be resolved for the next...

"Lovely spacious villa, cleaned every day if required. All the staff are very welcoming and so friendly. They will go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable. Close to the main street for shops, bars & restaurants. We had a great time."

"We had a really lovely stay and the quaint Palm Garden Hotel. It’s better in real life rhyan the photos portray. Slightly quirky and a little old fashioned in places, but the staff were lovely and the gardens and pool area really well kept. It’s right the the middle of the best bits of Sanur and a short walk to the shops and beach front. "

"Most convenient area in Sanur, walking distance to beaches, great restaurants and shopping, there is a great supermarket next door. The cottage's are well maintained but could do with a bathroom update and the pool needs some love!.overall its a lovely get away from all bigger over crowded resort's and yes, we will stay there again! "Yes, the room was always thoroughly cleaned. We had fresh towels every day. Room spotless, cannot fault the cleanliness. The amenities like the pools were a great relief from the heat and humidity. Staff super friendly and helpful."
