"A unique accommodation. We were in a 3 room suite with a King and Queen and 3 bathrooms. A kitchenette with a drip coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Vintage but cozy furniture. The suite was very clean. You have to climb a number of stairs to get to the suite (1301). An enjoyable overnight stay before boarding the Amtrak Autotrain."

"The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. "

"Tucked back behind a Walmart and other stores, navigation takes you behind a building and the little alley is a dumping ground. Bed is ok, breakfast is disappointing. Only coffee available to drink. No juice or other options. "

Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

"A disappointing stay at what was expected to be a charming antique hotel. Upon taking my first shower, I discovered that the towel provided had two large holes and visible black fingerprint marks. This immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and quality control. The bathroom window was extremely dirty, appearing as though it had not been cleaned in years. Additionally, robes hanging in the closet appeared to have been previously used, which is entirely unacceptable. My assigned...

"Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun."

"Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Easy check in and check out. Great property and recently updated. Fantastic choices for the breakfast. Grounds and building were spotless. Only one elevator was in operation. Super location for my needs."

"Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them."
