"This place is absolutely beautiful. I loved it. It is a great value. Very quiet and the room was very spacious. And the service was fantastic."

"The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. "

"Great location for restaurants and river trail. Very well stocked so it is an easy and comfortable stay."

"Needs updated. Looks like it had some type of water leak and it was never repaired. I was highly disappointed but stayed anyway due to the fact that I had rented from them before and know this was not"

"Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them."

"Room has potential and it’s close to the airport. Our room (Ivy Cottage) had a terrible smell/must to it though. I’m guessing that’s because it’s above a restaurant. "

"Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun."

"Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait."

"Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

"The room smelled like mildew and mold from a filthy AC. The floors made your feet black, the walls were splattered with old food and whatever else.. dirt, feces and blood, there was cockroaches, the bathroom door couldn’t close because it was warped from water damage. The hallway carpets were black and thick with various spilled substances, everywhere smelled like cigarette smoke. The lobby was covered in animal hair. Homeless people fighting in the parking lot. The people who live there...

"Super cool and spotless!!! Communication with host was excellent, entry was a breeze and we wanted for nothing. Bed was super comfy, all amenities supplied. We had a wonderful stay!"

"The staff was pleasant and helpful. The bedding looked clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was noisy and I have better looking rags than what passed for towels and washcloths here. They were old, yellow and almost see-through. There was shouting outside our room in the middle of the night. The best thing about the hotel was it was very close to the airport."
