"The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on."

"My family and I arrived there late aftee a long day of being in the airport hoping to get a good shower and decent sleep. When we arrived I surveyed the room and immediately noticed the "renovations" weren't much more than the signature wallpaper and classic Courtyard furniture. The bathrooms specifically were quite disgusting! The guy that checked us in tried his best to rectify my discovery of a dirty tub with hair and stains, by moving us to another room. I asked to inspect this new room...

"Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee."

"Parking was difficult. The stall were so small cars were within 5 inches of each other. Not enough stalls for all the rooms The ac was very loud when it was on and right next to thebed freezing my wife when it was on. Then when it was off the room would get really hot fast. The staff was rude and told me i should have requested extra bedding when i check in and had to wait till morning to receive them. "The suite was wonderfully appointed. The bedding was so soft and very comfortable. Loved having a small kitchen. The staff was very accommodating, especially Colleen the front desk manager. She was a pleasure to deal with and was always smiling and very helpful."
