The hotel had a 5 star experience of quiet luxury which i think comes from the beautiful decor, the very lovely and helpful front desk staff and the overll condition of the property which is immaculate. "The room was excellent, bed was super comfy. People tended to hang around the entrance for a long time, it would be nicer if there was a separate room/area for people to stay in whilst waiting for flights etc as large groups just hanging around at the door felt a bit uncomfortable. It could get a bit noisy although we were on the ground floor. We were not disturbed too much by this. "
