"Hotel was great, lobby ambience was elegant and unexpected coming in, clean, quiet. Had a wonderful airport drop off experience, shuttle driver was friendly and went above and beyond. 20 minutes or so from the airport, nice area to walk down to waterfront and have dinner."

All of the basic/important things were top notch, and there were many nice touches, including indirect lighting and an abundance of electrical outlets. "Not a 4 star standard of service or rooms. Not fully accessible to the road and buses etc. Staff extremely variable. Some friendly and efficient others disinterested and don’t deliver. For example empty handed staff walk down corridors littered with ice buckets plates etc and do nothing about it for hours. If you are going to use TV for all coms and info at least leave a single sheet to guide & help direct clients to it and ensure the tv remote works. Fun being woken up by Gibbons in adjacent...

"The breakfast was not the best this time around. They don’t do hot chocolate, they had no eggs for the majority or my stay and their bakery options were limited. The staff were not very helpful."
