"This was our first time staying in a holiday park with our little one and it didn't disappoint! Great facilities - the indoor pool was brilliant, being winter and with a child who loves to swim! Really loved it! Only point of improvement would be to give the shower and the plugs in the sinks a good scrub and mould spray. Otherwise everything was great!"

"Stayed here for one night on our way to Melbourne via the Great Ocean Road. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there and there was a good choice of food. I would definitely recommend Raj's Breakfast, a bit different and very tasty!"

"I have been traveling for 7 weeks and have stayed in 14+ hotels in N.Z. and OZ. None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!"

"It was lovely accommodation. Very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. There were only a few small reasons I didn't give a 5 star rating. We were staying for 3 nights; it would have been nice to have a bath mat...or even an extra towel. And considering we were required to take out the rubbish (which is totally fine), an extra bin bag or 2 would have been appreciated together with a dish cloth to clean the kitchen with. Other than that, it was a great place to stay."

"Previously stayed and enjoyed the hotel for what it is. Staff are great, guests have been good but this time the room smelt terrible.. unfortunately it smelt as if people had thrown up on the carpet.. possibly just the room we were in. Wasn’t like this last time.. will be looking elsewhere next trip."
