"It is a place to sleep not a hotel. It is overpriced and its an old place, the foom has wall mounted AC looks like pics on 70’s. Water was cold. The room door is sliding glass to see the dry swimming pool with curtains. I just stayed one night."

"We went for pool and hot tub. They did not disappoint. The pools a bit small but no one else was there so it was perfect. Just wish there was a changing room for it."

"Room was spotless and very nice but shade was broken and wouldn't close so the room was hard to sleep in with the city lights. They offer d to fix it but didn't want someone coming to the room before bed. Amazing location for a show at chubb and wandering the city. Breakfast was pretty terrible- cold eggs, and basically continental. Was hoping for more from a hotel like this. "

"I booked this room to take my grandkids swimming. No idea that the pool was being worked on and closed. They wouldn’t cancel my reservation and neither would Expedia. Robbery. "

"All was fantastic! Views, food, stay, etc! We really enjoyed having my Dads 90th there. Melissa handled the food and delivery of it all perfectly! For the room, it was spacious and comfortable, water pressure was good and all was clean. "

"Great location. Very clean. Room overlooked River. 24/7 coffee and snacks in lobby. List of local restaurants and events posted outside elevator door. Restaurant in motel as well as Cotton, a very nice restaurant next door. Lots of parking. Breakfast was very nice. Roomy breakfast/ lobby area. Also pool table in lobby was a nice addition. Next time we’re in Manchester we’ll definitely be staying here. "
