"The room was excellent the location excellent the building excellent. There was no information in the room. I booked understanding it was a hotel but there were no hotel services, no towels changed no beds made up no room cleaned. Could have been perfect but missed the mark."

"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . "There were three rooms sharing 2 bathrooms in our unit. We were lucky to be the only family there therefore we didn’t need to share bathroom with strangers. Other than that we like everything. Very clean and tidy inside and outside."
