"I was called and asked to change condos and that I would get upgrade. Hah!. The place they put us in was terrible, Front door handle was broke and fell of when we tried to open. Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it. The dispensers on refrigerator for ice didn’t work. The towels they brought looked like they bought them at a thrift store and they were wet. Run for your life from...

"Only regret was not checking to see if there was pool access...which is totally our fault. The town home was comfortable and cozy. Lots of traffic noise though. Other than that perfect for family vacation. Short distance to beach and other amenities. "

"There was a LOT of things that were broken and unclean. The grill literally had food still on it. The patio was full of flies and beer bottle caps, you can tell no one comes out to clean that. The downstairs was full of flies and mosquitoes we literally had to buy bug spray just to sit down stairs, and the dishes were still dirty. The king bed sheets were stained, the closet door was broken and is a safety hazard for small kids. The place needs a good deep cleaning but I’m sure they try to flip...
