"⭐ Very Disappointing — Not Even Close to a 5-Star Experience I booked Seacrest fully aware that it is not a 5-star hotel, but I still expected a reasonable level of comfort and basic service. "Great hotel but was always short on pool towels so it was inconvenient. The first room they placed us in was disgusting and the rug was soaked from the broken ac unit. It smelt like mold! They bumped us up to the top floor which was great. Other than that I was an overall good experience."
