"The room was not clean, stains on walls, floors dirty, I had to wipe down spill juice marks off of headboard. The sheets were old to where my daughter was complaining it was itchy and pokey. Constant knocking sound from wall possibly pipes issue. Walls very thin, can hear noise from other rooms such as TV, walking upstairs and cars driving down the road at night. I stayed 4 nights, asked if I can get new towels and linens after night 2. They said linens only after 4 nights, I said I leave on...

"The room had roaches. I asked him to come and clean or spray no one ever did.!! I asked for blankets. Never got them.!! The door handles on the doors were broken and it would lock you out of your room. I asked them to fix them. They never came. They said since I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t give me any accommodation for that they could feed me breakfast. That was all they could do. Unfortunately, I had already ate breakfast. When I first got there, they sent me to the wrong tower in the...

"The room"

"The resort was great for my one night stay! The staff was friendly & the room was clean! The breakfast buffet & restaurant had great food options! I got a great price for my stay & the resort kept in contact with me—confirming my reservation. I did not use the water park but it was open with many families enjoying it. I will definitely be back!"

The do accept pet which is great but pet owners don't clean up after them and the hotel doesn't either and they do not have dog waste containers any were so even if the owner wanted to clean up after their dog there is no where to put it. I didn't expect much for the price. You get what you pay for"

"Love the location and convenience. Our room had a musty smell and the staff quickly came and sprayed."

"It was a nice beach front hotel. Only one elevator worked."

"Very nice place. Great staff. We accidentally came on bike week, it was ok except they tried their best to occupy the whole 1st floor parking, which i can understand, but their money isn't any different from mine, so I'm pissed em off and parked down there anyway. The receptionist when we first arrived tried to tell us we couldn't, but again, it's not against any rules and I don't like being told where to park my car and I'm handicapped. So the only complaint i have is the receptionist trying to...
