"The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming; I arrived jet-lagged and several hours early for check-in and without batting an eye, they went over and above to get my my room within an hour. Plus, they make one heck of a great flat white. Coffee and breakfast was great."

"Firstly, first time we walked in the place the staff was very accommodating. Greeted us in French and made effort to speak in English. He explained the necessary things about free breakfast.
