"The hotel lodge was n beautiful. Lodge room was old and outdated. Restaurant food was not great but you are held hostage up on the mountain. Food at the salt pond was dreadful. "Very nice stay! This is a small hotel but has everything you need. It is older, so the furnishings can use some updating, but it was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great, better than some of the bigger hotels we stayed at! It also has a pool which was really nice since we were experiencing temperatures in the 90's. It is conveniently located right near I-85 and is also close to some shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"I am overwhelmed at the thoughtfulness and kindness of the manager of this property Cliff. He went above and beyond on my short stay here!! He offered the staff wifi when I couldn’t get connected. He welcomed me when I checked in late and was so tired. He got me a fresh breakfast when things were out and delivered to my room. He really changed my way of thinking of a super8 on a last min stop. I cannot rave enough of his commitment to his property and management!! Thank you!!"
