Khách sạn Houston

"Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast...BUT ; the internet was abysmally slow (for the front desk also), the advertised restaurant was closed and the location made it such that it was difficult to easily find an alternative in the dark."

"Convenient location"

"• Upon arriving, I did not feel welcome, I would have appreciated a more friendly reception. • The entrance is difficult, especially when carrying bags- the entry pad where you scan the room card to enter is too far from the door- it would time out & relock before I could get to the door. • My room was not clean- there was a sticky substance in the kitchen and garbage on the floor."

"Hallways smelled like smoke. The room unfortunately suffered due to this as it also had a funky smell to it. Front desk was pleasant in brief interaction we had. Didn’t see breakfast personally, but oldest kid stated it wasn’t impressive compared to others she’s experienced at various other hotels. Shampoo/conditioner in shower … but, no body wash?"

"Property was good and will look for Candlewood for our future stay"

"My bathroom was filthy beyond belief. Hair in and on the shower walls, makeup left on the sink and and unswept floor. I expected better."

"Breakfast was very good and the attendant was excellent."

"Staff was great, facilities clean Our room shower had NO pressure and was essentially not useful. Luckily we were just heading home."

"Room was clean, the shower was large and the water was hot and pressure was perfect, breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and courteous"

"Location was nice. Bed was comfortable, room was clean."

"Parking and shuttle were very convenient"

"Our first time stay and everything was excellent, including the food. Our Ambassador was very helpful and accomodating."
