My husband and i have been talking about this hotel and room since we stepped foot inside. Oh, showers are amazing. Bonus points for no shower curtain and having a walk in shower!"

"I had a frustrating experience during my stay that came down to a basic service failure. My room included a pull-out sofa, but when I requested an extra comforter so it could actually be used as a bed, the staff refused. Their reasoning was that they “didn’t know” the hotel had pull-out sofas. That response was surprising and unprofessional. A pull-out sofa is clearly intended as a sleeping space, and providing appropriate bedding should be standard. Instead, I was left without a practical way...

"Fabulous little place to stay while in Pittsburgh. Quiet, beautiful patio/outdoor space, nice breakfast and parking was convenient. We walked a lot and it was easy to get to the sport’s arenas and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Air condition was fine. Within a 20-25 minutes to everything, including the T, downtown Pittsburgh, relatives, shopping, etc. It served its purpose. If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. If you are looking for affordability and friendly staff, this is the place."

"To start off I would like to say I have stayed at a lot of hotels but the front desk staff at this hotel was so incredibly rude to its guests. The way they talked to people who asked questions was something I had never heard from front desk staff before. The hotel may have been a smoking hotel at one point as the remnants of old smoke remained in the rooms and the lobby area. The front desk staff smoked (as well as other guests) just outside the door which probably didn’t help. At breakfast...

"I was very impressed with the premises, especially for the price, our room was very clean, the facility was pretty clean. I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to 2 shopping centers. My check in was easy. It was an all around excellent trip and stay!!!! I will definitely book with the Sleep Inn again."

"Definitely is in need of some love. Feels pretty beat up. Halls and elevators smelled my cigarettes. I had a king and asked if I would be able to switch to a 2 queen room since I had my dad join me and they said i would have to pay the difference of $175 which is crazy considering none of the rooms there should cost $175 period."
