"The location was excellent. The value was likely reasonable considering the high costs in Copenhagen. Having only one sink for an entire floor of residents is poor design. I lowered my score to reflect that having only one sink for maybe 50 people per floor isn’t sufficient for a shared space. I was content with my stay and appreciate the friendly staff."

"This hostel was pretty good because it was close to the metro and bus station, just 15 minutes from the town center. The room was decent, clean, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was alright; there was enough to eat to keep you full for half the day. My wife, 2 kids, and I had a really early flight. We got to the hotel expecting a quick check-in, but nope, it wasn't. The worst part was the check-in process and the staff. They were there but didn't help or tell us how to check in, or where to...

"The capsule did not have working ventilation system and getting a new one was a hassle my girlfriend was ignored on the matter and after I had deliberated back and forth with the person at the front desk they finally changed us to another one after realizing that I was recording the conversation and citing the it’s a health code violation if we suffer injury from lack off ventilation and airflow seems like one could suffocate or suffer a heat stroke.
