"We always stay at best western when we’re in Hammondsport. We were able to check in a little early. Always clean and comfortable. Staff is always helpful and friendly."

"The first room was horrible dirty and was leaking I was moved but the staff were not helpful. Refused more towels and no one was around at check out."

"The staff was not as accommodating as I would’ve hoped. When I checked in, they gave me a room with two double beds instead of a king, like I had booked. The staff when I asked what the confusion with the booking was, they said it was the third parties’s fault for booking incorrectly. I think the desk staff just didn’t wanna have to redo my check-in. The next morning for breakfast they had put away the peanut butter before 9 AM, when I asked if I could have some at almost 9, they said no we have to start cleaning up. Everything else was still on the counter. I just thought it was a little weird that they wouldn’t give me a couple things of peanut butter."
