The staff were friendly and beds comfortable. Carpet in our room was in poor condition unfortunately being threadbare in parts but otherwise a good stay. Breakfast was pretty good quality just beware that some items on menu are additional cost which are marked.

Room was clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was average. Evening meal was very good. Couldn’t get any cold water in our room-it was warm or hot only.

A clean hotel and a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Parking is extremely limited but the West End Road car park is only a short walk away and both reasonable cost and easy to pay via the MiPermit app (which will give you a Vat receipt afterwards).
