"It is a lovely setting & especially the restaurant. Quiet at night. Our private transfers to & from the airport were excellent. We found it impossible to get a lounger around the 3 pools for the 4 days we were there. Guests even put towels out the night before to reserve their spot. There is meant to be a rule you can leave a towel no longer than an hour. At night between 2-3 there was a dreadful smell of sewage obviously emptying a septic tank or something similar. Rooms were often cleaned between 4-5 and we were there for 5 nights & did not get clean beach towels & bath towels, only on the last night. Staff diving the buggies were very friendly but other staff were not. It is certainly a beautiful area but spoilt by the number of tourists mainly arriving daily on boats. "

"Checked in and immediately out. Broken AC leaking water as soon as we got into the room. Overwhelming fake fragrance to hide the mold smell. Water damage and dirty. Water holding tank outside is broken and dirty, owner claims its filtered but water smells so bad. Towels smelt horrible, which we now understand why as they are dried improperly in the back.... the owner was rude and happy to take our money with no refund policy, as we had no choice but to move hotels and not stay. There is nothing "boutique" about this hotel, its a scam."

"The amenities were excellent. The staff were super helpful, and the room was always clean. 2 water bottles per person, per day was a nice touch."

"The grounds around the reception area had an unbearable stench of sewage. My room was at the back of the property where the grounds were in complete disrepair, with garbage, broken boards on the deck and broken pathways. The villas at the front of the property closer to the beach looked lovely from the outside and the property was better maintained there. My room was also in disrepair. The chain lock on the door was torn off and there was only a button lock on the doorknob so I had to go to reception to ask them to fix it (because there are no phones in the room) which they did quickly. The tea kettle also didn’t work, they sent a new one which also didn’t work. The walls were scuffed and dirty. The reception staff were The pool tiles were dirty. The lounge chairs by the beach which were very few so guests would put their towels out at 7 am to get a spot - they were falling apart, ripped and dirty cushions, and the staff removed the cushions at night but guests had to re-assemble them in the morning. There’s a bar/restaurant next to the beach/pool, but no service at all. Positives: reception staff are very sweet; beach location is great. "

"Great room great pool also great spot if you want to be close to the "city" with a mopped but far enough that its calm. Also the beach aint really a beach but there is 2-3 spots to eat and get a massage 5min walk from the hotel. "

"This was an amazing place from start to finish! Beautiful appartment surrounded by water! Spotlessly clean! Lovely helpful staff all with a smile and couldnt do enough for you! Loved all the nature around us and highly reccomend. "
