"Location is easy off the ferry. Overpriced for what it is though. Check in was frustrating considering they let another couple check in early but not us and we were there first. There was a couple screaming at each other in the room next to us and we were concerned and let the front desk know and they did nothing. Went on for hours."

"Absolutely loved this place! We were talking that we enjoyed it more than the Grand Hotel because of the ambiance, location, the view, breakfast and the porch. It's within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and if you choose, you can bike or take a taxi. Room was very nice, shower nice and it was quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Seriously would stay again."

"The room was very clean, but the property is dated and could use some updating. Also be aware that it is not very accessible if you need an option with no stairs. Even with an elevator there were a few stairs to get to our room. Also the lobby where you check in is up a big hill a good distance from the rooms. So if you don’t have a car, there’s a bit of a walk. Keep that in mind if you are disabled. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Excellent service!"
