"Just got back from a 6-day stay and unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. The staff was pretty rude most of the time, and we never once saw housekeeping during our entire stay. Trash was never collected and the cans in the halls were overflowing. No fresh towels, no sheet changes, and no toiletries were provided at all. The room also didn’t have a microwave or fridge, which made things pretty inconvenient. We also couldn’t find an ice machine anywhere on the property the entire time we were there. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either, so getting a good night’s sleep was tough. One positive was the poolside view from our room — it was actually beautiful and looked very inviting. Unfortunately, the pool temperature felt about one degree above hypothermia, so actually enjoying it was another story. I will say the “wildlife”… or shall I say the interesting characters around the property… were definitely entertaining at times. 😅 Overall, I guess for the price you get what you get. Just sharing our experience so others know what to expect. "
