The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. They even assisted us with organising private driver so that we can visit tomb sites. Excellent hotel in a great location

Second time I stayed at this hotel. Both times arrived before official check in but was able to drop off my bags and then super friendly and helpful staff contacted me when room was ready (again ahead of official check in time). All staff throughout my stay provided excellent service, tips on what to do, where to go to eat. Room excellent, clean. Hotel in a quiet street but within minutes of the restaurants and bars/cafes. Would recommend this hotel very much.

The hotel is excellent. The room is clean, spacious and looks like newly renovated. Lots of eateries are near by. Tho and Hanna are fantastic and very helpful. I definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

The staff was super super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. The room was comfortable but the actual condition of the room could have been better--there was no hand soap and the sink was leaking. Location was very good, however just a tip the street that the hotel is on is very narrow so our taxi had a little trouble getting in! There's lots of nightlife and food options around.

Exceptional Staff

The room was okay along with the all you can eat breakfast. The staff was exceptional! Very helpful and made us feel welcomed. Did their best to make us feel at home. One morning we had a scheduled early start and they offered to open early for us to make breakfast to go. We enjoyed the sculptures they made from the towels. Only negative was the area in front of the hotel, across the lane was under construction.

First, let’s me say thank you to all the reviewers who took their times to review this hotel so that I could have an idea how good its before booking from the USA. Second, I was extremely impressed of how nice of the entire staffs upon our arrival. They offered us cold drinks right away when we just steeped inside of the building :). Mr. Dung, Ms. Thi, Ms. Hang, and others greeted us everyday with warmth smiles and always asked if we needed help with anything. My whole family were VERY happy with our staying in Hotel La Perle Hue. We will come back and stay in this hotel again and again if we get back to Vietnam, especially Hue in the future. Thank you so much.
