"The (superior) room was good and clean. But the person at the reception had a kind of arrogance. The two women (not the young girl) who served in the restaurant were absolutely NOT friendly. Furthermore, I asked for the bill and they only told me the total amount, after which I paid it. Next, I asked for the physical bill and saw that they had charged 5 euros more for my dish than what was listed on the menu. After insisting, they paid me back those 5 euros (in cash).

"The breakfast was forced on me and as a vegetarian I found it to be disgusting and angry that I had to pay for what I did not want. The staff, with the exception of Lydia, were rude, incompetent, disrespectful, and they lied to me multiple times. The worst of the staff was Heidi at the front desk who instead of handling my complaint as a professional, she mocked me, laughed in my face and was extremely disrespectful. The front desk guy, Indian with a beard, was lazy and lied multiple times...

"Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Sauber. Die Badezimmer Möbel in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche OK. Wäre toll, wenn es Duschgel in den Duschen gäbe.Den Haarfön konnte man nur benutzen, indem man den Griff mit Kosmetiktuch umwickelte, da der Kunststoff Griff furchtbar klebte. Ansonsten problemloser Check in."
