"The room was very dirty. The couch and office chairs were covered in stains. The table was dirty and have white stuff all over it and the floor was dirty. Thankfully, the beds, sheets, and blankets were clean when we inspected them. Unfortunately, I only took one picture of one of the chairs, but will add this to the review. The shower head was also separating from the wall. I did have the breakfast while there. They had a drink dispenser; however, it was empty both days. They only had waffles, bagels, and bread. I thought it was supposed to be hot breakfast, but I must have misunderstood that. The waffle batter dispenser Spicket fell off multiple times when people were trying to use it. The staff was polite and helpful when asked questions. "

"I find it hard to believe that the rating that was online was as high as it is. Noise from upstairs woke me at 3:30 am. The sound was like someone was pounding on drums, which lasted at least 15 minutes."

"The check in is easy, staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and everything is clean. A very substantial breakfast - this will be my go-to hotel in Wilmington. "

"Room was clean, coffee is excellent and you can have some any time of the day - regular and decaf! Location is a bit noisy but we had zero bath towels and didn’t realize until getting out of the shower. Had to dry off with washcloths. Big miss on housekeepings work."
