" We have stayed here in the past and never had any issues; however, this time we were very disappointed with our experience. During our stay, our room was never refreshed or cleaned. We personally asked the front desk twice to have our room cleaned, but no one ever came.
At checkout, we voiced our concerns and were told that the manager would call us back, but we are still waiting for that call. As Bonvoy members, we are extremely disappointed with the level of service we received.
