"The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet. It was our anniversary so they gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates which was very nice. We were able to check in a couple of hours early, but were unable to have a late checkout due to how busy they were. Conveniently situated to walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff were easy to work with and very helpful. Overall, I would stay here again. "

"Room was 241 was horrible. When asked the owner to correct the issues They just accused us of insane things and ignored us. We paid to move respond. Expedia only reimbursed 1/2 because owner said they addressed it even though they didn’t. We had many pictures showing issues and zero attempt was made to correct it. Will we be use Expedia gain "

"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. "1. The road into the property was dreadful. 2. To access the restroom/shower, you had to go OUTSIDE to another building; not good, especially in the middle of the night! "Dan was a great host and the breakfast each morning was amazing. It felt like we were in actual Hawaii and not just another tourist hotel. he also showed us around the property and took extra time sharing about Kona coffee and gave us some delicious fruit right off the tree. "
