"We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious with two bathrooms. The views from our room were great. There are multiple swimming pools to choose from, the view from the rooftop pool was extraordinary! The gym is large and well equipped with an awesome view of the pool while you workout. All the staff were friendly and helpful, we had no troubles at all. The location is also great, walking distance to two big shopping malls, various restaurants and of course the fabulous Petronas...

"Huge building with lots of guest. Well run, planet of lifts, good location, nice room, a chance to walk some clothes while travelling. Easy walk to everything, great views of the Petronas Towers. Breakfast was crap, bland, unappetising and repetitive, we eventually went out for breakfast in a nearby mall. That apart, good stay! Check out the view from our room!"

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The overall condition of the property was unacceptable and felt poorly maintained. The hallways and rooms smelled strongly of chemicals/fumigation, towels were yellowed and stained, bedsheets duvets had blood stains, and the rooms smelled unclean.
