"Actually the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The plastic plants and flowers are cheesy, and the host was mediocre. The place was way over rated!"

"Breakfast was less than amazing. Sparse to our taste. Entire property is showing its age. We understand it's under new ownership so perhaps it will be spruced up as it deserves to be. Great location- walking distance to historical downtown and next door to the Hadley Garden. Amenity in bathroom included a bottle of body wash and one tiny bar of soap. Bed was very high and it was difficult to climb into for a short guest without help."

"Beautiful home, well maintained, and a great experience. We felt at home and lucky to experience staying somewhere with so much character. It really feels like you’re in a different time. The breakfast was delicious and room was clean and comfortable. One slight negative was the water for the shower was temperamental…but everything else was perfect!"

"We really loved this place. The property is in the most amazing spot you can imagine, ya know, if you can imagine a sprawling view of the Pacific Ocean replete with rock formations and wildlife perfectly complemented by the lovely coastal landscape. The largest rock in perfect center view is home to an entire community of California Sea Lions! They play in the water and hoot and holler most hours of the day and it’s incredible! One of the coolest things I’ve ever seen and heard. Breakfast was...
