"Great little motel"

"This motel is just typical of its kind. Older, 1960's property in a small rural town. Not much as far as amenities go, not even the usual in-room coffee maker. No staff other than the one in reception. The room was clean, everything worked as it should and the bedding was comfortable, it looked fairly new. Good value if the rate were 65 per nite, not at close to 100!"

I was given a room where a ladder was in front of my window and all parking spaces taken by construction crew. I asked for another room - again he was surly. No more rooms, he said. No one else complained. he said. ...
