"The facility was horrible. The rooms had older, a smell of mildew and smoke. The staff wasn’t polite. I was locked out of my room at 5:30 AM and I call overnight security to come and open my door. He never did come to open my door. We need a staff did come in. It was like 815 and I was able to get into my room to open my door to get in my room to get my stuff. Also it was roach infested, homeless folks all around the facility. It was just it was, it was a horrible stay."

"Overall an ok stay. No one was there at check in but arrived after 5 minutes or so. The room was fine and the breakfast was pretty good but the location wasn’t the best and both nights people were standing outside our room talking until the early morning. "

When I brought this up with management, they said they only have doubles and didn’t seem to care that their website says otherwise. We also couldn’t have anyone sleep on the floor because there were little beetles crawling around. Carpet had a tear that was duct taped together. The bed light switch was hanging out by its wires."
