"The property is very nice. Easy access to a variety of restaurants and grocery store for snacks vs gas station snacks. We stayed 4 nights/5 days, the TV/cable service only worked the first night we were there. I called front desk and they assured me service would be available on 4/25 by 3pm. We had to use our cell phones to watch shows which was very annoying. Our key cards would not allow us access to the pool even after we addressed the issue with front desk. "The staff was very welcoming and courteous. I found no problems with parking. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had an actual fan, which I found other hotels did not and the mirror got steamed up. Breakfast had a nice selection of items such as eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, bagels, croissants Waffle maker, fruit muffins m, cereal. Machine with varieties of juices and another very very good coffee. I had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place and would definitely stay there...

"They moved us after first room smelled like wet dog. Second room someone had a bowel movement in toilet and it was there when we went in the room. Subpar and staff offered no discount. It was ok."

"Due to my vehicle transmission failing I had to leave my truck in Indiana. The was a tornado which stopped our trip, we finally got to 30 miles north of Louisville Kentucky at 10 pm, I was exhausted and it was raining so hard we couldn’t even see to drive. I called about 20 times, got ahold of the person at the hotel but gave me a number to call. I had my confirmation number but the computer wouldn’t take it. It wouldn’t give me an option to talk to a real person. I’m am totally dissatisfied...

"The room was okay but one of the beds was uncomfortable and the air conditioning was very loud. We only stayed on the Avid side because it offered “breakfast “. Eggs, potatoes, bacon crumbles. Out of yogurt even though there weren’t many guests. Not the best. If we come again, we will stay on the Holiday Inn side. "
