"We made a reservation with this hotel through Expedia and when we arrived they claimed our booking was cancelled. We didn't get any notification of this and it was past 10:00pm. I called earlier in the day to confirm our booking. We later found out an employee working earlier in the day attempted to charge our card (unauthorized) and check us in before we arrived. We reserved a book now pay at the property room. The night shift worker was very helpful with at least recommending another hotel in the area, however, we ended up paying double for our stay somewhere else"

"The staff was helpful. We checked in extremely late and they were kind. The rooms were great, but there were a few issues. They were clean, however, the body wash was empty when we arrived and there was a nail from the carpet tack strip that was protruding from the floor, not enough to cause injury but enough to be noticeable. The breakfast tasted amazing. They had a limited menu you could order from and a few Starbucks drinks."

"They moved us after first room smelled like wet dog. Second room someone had a bowel movement in toilet and it was there when we went in the room. Subpar and staff offered no discount. It was ok."

"Filthy place. Thick dust on coffee machine & vents. Mold in fridge which also leaked on the floor. Dirty shower, floor, and towels were stained. Our room was $100 for one night. Should have slept in the car."

"Hotels.com really messed up on this one. My husband and I have been traveling all day. We got to our reservation at 11 o’clock and they did not have the reservation. The hotel manager stayed with us for an hour trying to get through to Hotels.com to get the situation worked out. We ended up having to buy another room. I am trying really hard to get my money back from Hotels.com since we were not able to use this reservation and yet hotels.com had no problem taking our money."

"Never even got to stay there. The customer service representative called me 30 minutes before checking in to the hotel to let me know they double booked and the only accommodation they could give me was sending me to their other location which was called in town suites on Bell Road. Motel is horrible with very little amenities. The smell of weed still lingers in my nostrils. I believe one gentleman runs a service repair shop out of the parking lot. I do not recommend staying with this company just spend the extra money and stay at a namebrand hotel."
