"This hotel is absolutely beautiful! It is kept clean and has a cute breakfast for the family! The pool is the perfect size for kiddos. The cleaning crew were so kind! A few of the front desk ladies were quite rude and made it very uncomfortable to ask for anything. Everything else was absolutely perfect and we would most definitely return!"

Definitely not a good customer service representative. The toilet paper holder was unglued from the wall. Alarm system blasting in our ears for about an hour. Likely won’t stay here again when I return :("

One of the employees appeared to be smoking in the hall when we were walking down the hall to our room. They ducked out the stairwell, but you could still smell the smoke"
