"This was our first time visiting Winston-Salem and North Carolina in general, and we had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though we checked in at 3 AM. You wouldn’t have even guessed we were arriving so late with how pleasant and accommodating they were!
The first thing you notice when walking into the lobby is how nice and fresh it smells. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was nice and cozy, and both the rooms and hallways were spotless. Since it was raining during our stay, I also noticed how attentive the housekeeping staff was about keeping the lobby floors clean despite everyone coming in and out from the rain.
The hotel also has a really nice pool, which unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy because of the weather. Another thing I appreciated was the parking lot. It was well-lit and designated for hotel guests, which made us feel comfortable leaving our vehicles overnight.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The cleanliness, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere really stood out to us. I will definitely be returning the next time I visit Winston-Salem!"
