"Booked a king room. Room was tiny, smelt bad and had old dirty carpet. No fire safety plan posted in room. Tv did not work, no bedside table, no alarm clock, no chair, no coffee maker, no microwave. Fairly certain black mold ceiling in bathroom. Curtains broken."

"The location was excellent 10/10 The room could have been cleaner. The floor to the left side of one of the beds was sticky (maybe pop) . We also found a bottle of lotion in one of th beds.(Also dirt which seemed like it came from shoes).Which made us believe that the bed sheets weren't changed. We discovered it at 11pm and when we went down to talk to the front desk no one was there. Luckily my sister found the linen closet (so we grabbed our own sheets and made the bed) not cool over all since we paid $300 for the room. We told the front desk at check out and she apologized but didn't ask us more questions to learn more about what happened. We will take our money elsewhere if we return to Stratford."

"Property is charming, well located, peaceful and quiet. Room is clean but needed few " fixes": hook behind bathroom door was broken, only 2 hangers. There was a controller for either TV or fan, we were not told, but it did work. I don't believe there is AC. We did call Tim his voicemail was full and he did not answer the text message. There is a coffee machine , but we found no snacks. The inn is within walking distance of many nice cafés"
