"Was there for my granddaughters dance competition loved the Convention Center and resort being attached. My biggest complaint is the fact I had to call each day to get cleaning staff to clean room even though I was assured the room would be cleaned daily. On our last full day I came back and forth to the room on several occasions and saw multiple cleaners on floor but our room was never cleaned that day. We had no clean towels and trash cans full. Ice maker on the 2nd floor did not work. toilet seat was loose, toilet was loose. refrigerator in the room was not cold and no option to make it colder, name on the sign outside was not the name of the hotel, floors in the room were tile not carpet and dirty, my white socks were brown on the bottom after just 5 min. in the room."
