Breakfast was good, however the area that is to be dined in has a lot of bugs. The villas do not. I was terrified of that. If I were to visit Ao Nang again I would likely stay here. "Lai Thai is in a great location with great swimming pool. Kids pool, lane swimming for serious swimmers plus lovely general swim area. Sun beds and umbrellas made it perfect ! Lovely large rooms. Very comfy bed with good size balcony. Kitchenette with full size fridge freezer was perfect for making breakfasts etc. The air con is excellent, if any issues then maintenance staff were very fast to remedy any problem. "We had a wonderful stay at Leelawadee. We appreciated how well-kept the villas and grounds were. Everything was clean and in good order while we were there, and the owners are very helpful and responsive. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was great to be able to make our own meals some of the time to avoid joining the crowds in town. It was a beautiful and remote location, with great views. "It was quiet and cozy space. I was looking for a spacious room with reasonable price. It had two bed rooms and two bath rooms. The staffs were very friendly. It couldn't be better. The location is quite far from the beach but they drop you off and pick you up whenever you want. I liked the quiet environment. "
