"Spoke to front desk about moving us to another room due to the bed being so hard and uncomfortable worn out and old! She was rude told me all the mattresses were the same! I told her we returned because we were there 5 months ago and 5 months before that! That those two were not as bad! Nope was her answer to my problem. Then I asked for extra bedding I could use for padding she said use what’s in your room rudely, I then asked do you have heavy comforters for winter time? Nope again was her answer! My husband replied she doesn’t want to help, I said well we paid for an upgraded room my expectations were higher! She could care less! That morning breakfast ran out of gravey but the staff there was amazing and very apologetic. That afternoon we returned from funeral used the hot tub to find it unclean looked like throw up in filter! Tile was gross and dirty inside as well as balloons all over from night before 8 year old birthday! Which we saw as we went our first night to use but let the kids be kids and enjoy party on Sunday when we left the front desk girl different was training a new girl and she was great and friendly nothing like before! There was a large water leak that she immediately put up signs and got a bucket! Out of 4 days our last 30 minutes was best! Sadly we will stay somewhere else next time! We were a party of 6 rooms for 3 days and no one was thrilled 😞"
"The hotel has obviously been remodeled which is nice, but there's still room for improvement. Our bed was comfortable and our room was clean which was nice.
The check in process was poor. I waited 20 minutes to check in while a party of 2 was checking in ahead of me. The computer wasn't working, the credit card machine wasn't working (so I had to give her my card to manually enter all my personal credit card info, which I did not appreciate), the printer wasn't working, and they had trouble bringing up reservations that were done on line. The company needs to invest in a new computer, printer, and credit card machine to manage these problems before we would book there again. "
