"I was traveling with my small dog and upon arrival, the Front Desk Associate was worried that they had run out of pet rooms. That did not stop her! She asked me politely to wait briefly and she went and began checking rooms personally to find one for us. She did! Awesome hustle and attention to guest satisfaction."

"Very dated, but good location. The staff were very friendly, but not overly informative and shared no information with me when checking in like pool hours, location, wifi, breakfast hours.... The room i was first in was not fully ready for guests, it was clean but bathroom supplies were missing, still had the past guests garbage, and the TV didn't work. They moved us to a new room, but due to balcony that overlooked the lobby, we got to listen to horrible karaoke until midnight making it...

"Rooms were very loud from traffic and the nearby train. A fan in the room made a loud noise through the night, hard to sleep. Great staff and beautiful property otherwise."

"Room 108 has a very dirty floor, a sticky carpet… and a very bad smell."

"This building is not well maintained. We experienced a terrible drilling noise all night only to be told it was the network room. Manager never followed up. A known problem but they continue to put people in there."

"Nice kind staff but the water pressure in the bathroom was too low, so it was a bit inconvenient."

"Great new hotel. Good location"

"Family suite is awesome for travelling with our two teenagers. Nice for them to have a room with a tv to themselves"

"Restaurant food and service were very good; rooms and hallways were clean. Staff was efficient and helpful. Biggest plus was that my bed was comfy."
