"It was nice to be at a hotel that made you feel special. We called room service for an extra blanket and they brought it to us immediately. Customer service isn’t like this anymore."

"They only had one elevator working, the “working” elevator was sketch it had a terrible sound and vibration. Would take approximately ten minutes to get into the elevator. The restrooms had slow draining in the shower and sink the toilet would take a long time to fill up the tank."

"We reserved this room for a 3 day stay. I thought it odd when we checked in that the agent informed us of a $100 security deposit and upon check out may take up to 5 days for reimbursement. That is pretty much standard so I didn't give it a 2nd thought. The room was clean but we had issues with a noisy air conditioner and maintenance was only able to reduce the rattling noise it made by 50%. On the 2nd day the sink stopper was stuck and again had to have maintenance repair it. Sleep quality...

"For the price, and excellent stay. Room was fairly clean, amenities were overkill for my stay (kitchenette) but the staff was very very nice at check in and it was fast to get to my room."

"Bathtub/shower looked like a crime scene, spiders/mosquitoes in room, unhelpful staff unwilling to grant a late check-out (even for a fee, said I’d have to pay for another night if we passed the 11:30am mark, unkept/not working fitness center, key card didn’t work on doors so had to always go through the main entrance and the parking lot was covered in glass. "This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay."
