"The hotel is well located and the fact it has access to the sea is a plus The pool service is slow and many of the staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing. "I stayed here with my husband and my nearly 2-year old daughter. I booked a superior apartment with a balcony which was perfect as it gave us daylight and more space for the 4 days we stayed. The floors could be mopped as we could feel sand on it and our feet became rather dirty from it. However, the shower pressure is great and it offered a good amount of space to feel comfortable and relax once our daughter was asleep in the evening. There is construction work around the area during the day...

"My daughter and I had a wonderful time in Malta! The hotel location was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was construction next door but we left early every morning so it didn’t affect us. I would recommend this hotel and stay again! "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Waterfront Hotel. It is very central in Sliema and is a short distance to the ferry which gives access to Valletta in 5 minutes. I could not fault my stay at this hotel. We had a seafront room and the views were spectacular. The staff are so attentive and could not do enough for you. A special thanks to Anu who was such a nice girl and always took time to speak with a lot of the guests. The food was delicious with a good selection and even though it was a buffet...

"Even amidst a busy street, the hotel room was quiet. The balcony faced the sea, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the harbor. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was delicious. The staff was welcoming, gracious and helpful. The only criticism is that the signage is lacking at street level. It was difficult to find the hotel. The parking is a bit inconvenient, but not terrible."

"Lovely staff, especially Jyros and Ana May. Room was perfect , large balcony and hot tub. Pool was a little disappointing, it looks bigger in the photos. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice. Central location, easy to get round Valletta. Would recommend. "

"Love this hotel. View spectacular. The oldest part of the hotel needs a little tlc especially the plumbing (shower pressure not good). Not for people with mobility problems as it’s a steep walk up to the hotel and buses to/from. However taxis/uber/bolt cars readily available But it remains our favourite hotel in Gozo. "
