"4 estrellas se quedan muy grandes para este hotel, de 6 ascensores solo funcionaban dos y uno de ellos era del servicio (depende del día este era el único en funcionamiento). Las habitación tenia el suelo bufado, levantado y negro. El buffet del desayuno la verdad que era muy bueno pero el de la hora de la comida… habían pocas cosas y las pocas que habían nada que ver… La cena si que fue más aceptable. "The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great."

"Pleasantly surprised - we booked this as a last minute deal - we got a good deal - didn’t expect much with looking at the reviews. The property was clean, could be better maintained. "We stayed at the Gran Melia Palacio Isora in August 2026 (2 adults & 15 year old). The hotel is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed in with the pool area a particular highlight. The staff are all incredibly friendly, whether that be in the restaurants, bars, housekeeping or pool attendants - they are a credit to the hotel and we cannot praise them highly enough. "Super Ausblick. Tolle Lage. Meeresrauschen zum aufwachen… Toll. In den Zimmern war es ruhig und die Pools waren toll. Einzig die Bedienungen beim Essen waren nicht so auf Zack. Öfters mal trinken vergessen oder leere Teller stehen gelassen. Aber der Urlaub hat Sehnsucht nach mehr gemacht.
