The room was cleaned well daily, no sound issues, the cleaning staff were very courteous. The bed was really very comfortable, great nights sleep. The sun wasn't on the balcony much so didn't use it other than to view the sea and Mount Tiede.
Didn't use the pools but they looked great and there seemed to be plenty of space, can imagine they get quite full in peak season, but plenty of sun beds and seating areas.
Gym adequate and was clean, had towels and water available, but opened late and closed too early.
The restaurant and bar staff were great, reception staff, mostly decent. The restaurant got a little busy at certain times and at breakfast you had to queue most mornings for coffee. Food was very nice, had everything you could want and plenty of it.
Entertainment was average, but still better than nothing, appeared to be aimed at the older crowd.
Area is hilly and picturesque. I thought it was a pleasant hotel, didn't use the spa as tried to make the most of the sunny weather and get outside.
