"terrible customer service. couldn't leave my bag ahead of time even tho rooms were still booked. was told that I had to leave my bag in the lobby and take my chances of it getting taken and they couldn't hold it behind the front desk. Could not pay for an early check in. Breakfast was terrible and they had a terrible selection with no cooked food."

The room was pretty clean; the tub had a stain and there were a couple of corners with accumulated dirt but nothing horrible. It was within walking distance to the mall and the closest Pizza Hut was about 15 minutes away. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE! I showed up to check in and was told that I was scheduled to be on the third floor and that the elevator was broken. I have disability and therefore was not able to transport luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The staff there told me they would cancel the reservation and I anticipated that would be completed and I would not be charged or would be refunded. Two weeks later, I have still not been refunded my money and even after calling Expedia as well as the hotel...

"The room smelled like mildew and marijuana even though i purchased a nonsmoking room. When i got into the bed at the end of the night i discovered the bed was broken, it was falling In. I went to front desk and informed him and was told i needed to speak with the manager and the manager doesnt get in until 7AM. So basically we had to sleep on a broken bed. Then when i went to talk to the Manager he was extremely nasty to me for no reason and told me if i keep talking he will not come check out...

"The air conditioner worked fine. My only issue is that my room was located in the lobby area by the stairwell and exit door so I experienced alot of noise. Also it seemed to be some creepy ppl around. Just sitting in thier cars, so possible car break ins ran through my mind. I stayed because a friend was having weekend birthday celebration and I didnt want to drive back a hour home each day of the festivities. No iron, no hair dryer in the bathroom. Only one small trash can. Bath towels and wash...
