"Great hotel. Not sure if it is every room but ours had a large step into the bathroom which was hard to navigate with a bad hip. Beds were super comfortable and the hot stones in the lobby were great for the feet after a day of walking around"

It seemed the hotel may have oversold their rooms and reassigned me to a lower category. No reimbursement or refund was offered for the difference."
