"Posada del Angel is a beautiful boutique hotel, everything from the decor to the artisanal soap feels thoughtful and considered. Being there feels peaceful, the place has a lot of soul. It was an excellent base for exploring Antigua. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and always there for anything you needed. The room and surrounds are kept very clean. We had four nights here and were sad to leave."

"I really, really, really enjoyed my stay at Casa Encantada! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the neighborhood is quiet which makes it easier to sleep, and the room was fantastic! Breakfast is served on the rooftop were Edgar will take care of you and I highly recommend the pancakes; I had them almost every morning they were that good. The room was VERY clean, well decorated, and the bathroom was also really nice! A/C and a ceiling fan were in the room and the bed was very comfortable....

"Everything was amazing until the end I would give 5 stars otherwise. I don’t think they liked that I had 20% off for Expedia benefit. After I paid and left a nice tip for the staff. I decided to buy water, they charged me 30 quetzal ( $5USD) so more expensive than a fancy resort. I paid but it was annoying to take advantage of me. Water bottles are a couple of quetzals even the intercontinental in the city doesn’t charge that much for bottled water. Food was excellent both dinner and free...
